Meet the Founders
Hey, my name is Divya, and I am a co-founder of Impact Forward. I have a passion for reading and writing, and I enjoy practicing and performing both vocal and violin music. My interests span biology, computer science, and mathematics. In 2023, I envisioned Impact Forward as a platform for myself and others to give back to the community and since then, my experiences have equipped me to collaborate with all future Impact Forward members to elevate our organization to new heights in the coming years.
Hi, my name is Rithika Saravanan and I'm a co-founder of Impact Forward. I'm a current freshman at Meridian World School. My passions lie in computer science, law, and public speaking! From the beginning, my dream for Impact Forward has been to expand our reach and share our mission. I see many eager children and teens wanting to volunteer and make a difference in their communities, but often they lack the necessary resources. Through Impact Forward, I hope to inspire everyone to create change in their community, one step at a time.
Sarayu Gudipalli - Secretary
I'm Sarayu Gudipalli, and I am a Junior at Round Rock High School and am honored to serve as the 2026-2027 Secretary for Impact Forward. Through being involved in Impact Forward's student-led service initiatives I have seen how coordination and communication directly shape the success of each chapter's work, and all together make a substantial impact in an individual's life.In my role, I hop e to keep our system organized, support consistent communication between chapters, and make it easier for teams to stay aligned on events and timelines. I also aim to help strengthen how we share and expand our impact across different communities.
Vedant Finavia - Hours Lead
My name is Vedant Finavia, and I'm an Incoming freshman at the Liberal Arts and Science Academy in Austin. I have been with Impact Forward since in founding in 2023 and served as the President of the BASIS Cedar Park chapter for the 2025-2026 school year. As the hours lead if the central team, /aim to create and maintain integrated systems to efficiently keep track of volunteer hours across chapters. Beyond my role. I am passionate about leading camps and initiatives that introduce younger students to the world of robotics. I'm very excited to take on the position of hours lead and look forward to working withe everyone to help Impact Forward continue to grow in the coming year!
San Alexander - Website Lead
Hi my name is San Alexander. I am a senior at St Dominic Savio High School. Since my sophomore year I have been an active member of Impact Forward since 2024 which is also when I founded my school's chapter and have led events such as the Gabriel Project, Stem and Spell, and Knowledge-a-thon. In this leadership role as Website lead I hope to maintains and improve Impact Foward's website and ensure members can access important information as well as showcase our organization's events and initiatives. Beyond Impact Forward my hobbies and interests include computer science, cybersecurity, and dance. I love sharing my knowledge to younger children and have led many camps for Girls who code and CyberPatriot throughout the past 3 years.
Arsh Gajjar - Website and Journalism Team
I will be in the 10th grade for the 2026-27 school year. As a member of the website and journalism team for the Impact Club's central committee, I will amplify the voices of volunteers and the positive changes our programs create. Throughout my term, I aim to expand Impact Forward's community outreach through blog writing and lead a thoughtful redesign of Impact Forward's website. I also seek to improve operational efficiency with a commitment to professionalism and creativity to inspire greater community involvement
Sania Alexander - Treasurer
Hi, my name is Sania Alexander, and I am a rising sophomore at Rouse High School. I have been involved in Impact Forward for the past two years, serving as Vice President of the Rouse High School chapter and now as Treasurer for the 2026–2027 school year. Throughout my time in Impact Forward, I have volunteered at various service events and planned my own community initiative, Santa’s Workshop, which raised $600 for Blue Santa. As Treasurer, I hope to contribute by responsibly managing our organization’s finances, supporting impactful events, and helping Impact Forward continue to create meaningful opportunities for service.
Naithik K. - Membership Lead
Hey everyone! I'm Naithik, a 7th grader at BASIS Cedar Park and the Membership Lead for Impact Forward. Volunteering is a huge part of who I am, and this club is a perfect place to put that passion into action. In my role, I'll be handling our on boarding and communication channels to make sure every new member feels plugged in and ready to dive. My biggest goal is to inspire others to step up and create real change in their communities. Outside the club, you can usually find me playing water polo, hanging out with my Boy Scout troupe, or tracking anything related to design, cars, and Formula 1. Let's make a massive impact together!
Sahasra K. - Social Media Historian
HI, my name is Sahasra, and I am a rising 8th grader in Basis Cedar Park. I am a Social Media Historian for Impact Forward, where I help record our club's projects and volunteer initiatives. Through this role, I hope to showcase the difference our volunteers make, inspire others to get involved, and share memories of the meaningful impact we have on our community!
Atria Datta - Website and Journalism Team
Hello! My name is Atria, and I am a rising sophomore at BASIS Cedar Park! This is my second year at IMPACT forward and I have participated in many events, my favorite being Sandwich Seva. Through my role as a Website and Journalism lead, I will improve the website, thoughtfully document every event, and ensure everyone's achievements in IMPACT are documented and seen!
